You can click on "Customers" in the menu and then on the "Add new customer" button.
The following fields are required (fields with *) :
All other fields are optional, but preffered to be completed.
This field is required. Here you enter the customer's last name. This last name is also shown on the invoice.
This field is optional. If completed, it will also be shown on the invoice.
This field is optional. Enter the customer's email address here. We recommend doing this so that the system can send automatic emails and invoices.
It is possible to enter a VAT number. If the VAT number is European, the VAT number is immediately checked for validity via the VIES system. This field is of course optional.
Within Re-proVet it is perfectly possible to work with different currencies. This field is therefore mandatory. By default, this is set to Euro.
This field is optional. Enter the customer's phone number here.
This field is optional. Enter the customer's website here.
This field is required. Here you enter the street and house number of the customer (and/or his company). This information is also shown on the invoice.
This field is required. Here you enter the zip code of the customer (and/or his company). This information is also shown on the invoice.
This field is required. Here you enter the municipality of the customer (and/or his company). This information is also shown on the invoice.
This field is required. Here you enter the country of the customer (and/or his company). This information is also shown on the invoice.
This field is optional. Here you can enter a reference for your internal accounting.
This field is optional. By default, all customers are active. If you no longer use/need the customer, but do not want to delete him/her, you can put them on inactive here.
You can freely enter your comments in this field. For example, whether the customer has certain preferences, or other information that you would like to see.
If you check this box, you can enter a password. The customer can then also log in to your Re-proVet account. He can then view his own data (horses & invoices) here. To use this feature, a customer email address is required.
After you have entered the necessary customer information, click on "Save".
