If you click on Customers in the menu, you can then click on the 'Customer list' button.
Now you get an overview of all customers that you have entered in the system. The customer list consists of the following fields:
You can select the checkbox in front of the customer's name. You can select multiple customers at once. In this way you can disable, export, activate or delete one or more customers.
Here you can see the customer's last name. Clicking on the customer's last name will take you to the customer's profile.
Here you can see the customer's first name. Clicking on the customer's first name will take you to the customer's profile.
Here you can see the customer's address. This consists of the street, the house number, the zip code, the municipality and the country.
Here you will see the customer's email address if it is entered, otherwise it will read N/A.
Here you will see the customer's phone number if it has been entered.
If this box is checked, then the customer was active in 2021 (e.g. because one of his horses was being treated).
By pressing the pink pen, you can change the customer's details.
Above all customer data you will see a search field. By typing here you will get an overview of all customers who match your keyword.
Is a customer missing from the customer list? Then you can also easily add a new customer by clicking the "Add new" button at the top right.
You can easily export your entire customer file to Excel via the export button.
